We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our experienced cross functional team based in Berlin or Remote.
The position:
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect who will bring our Salesforce System to the next technical level, will implement (together with the Salesforce Development team) enterprise patterns into code and configurational components.
Our mission is to digitalize the hearing care and improve the life quality of millions of people. Your mission is to build the system architecture for the globally leading audiology one billion dollar company, with more than 3000 users and across 15 + countries and millions of customers.
Your core tasks:
- Be a hands-on technical architect who owns the design of all the facets of the software architecture and solutions centered around Salesforce across audibene ecosystem.
- Challenge existing solution implementations in regards of architecture, speed, implementation approach
- Act as the Lead Developer and Trainer for the development team while bringing in the best practices within development and architecture.
- Challenge existing solution implementations in regards of architecture, speed, implementation approach
- Develop deep understanding of operations and implementations across myriad of business workstream; develop efficient product roadmaps and define, maintain and improve the architecture.
- Be a trusted advisor to our partners in Sales and operations recognizing customer needs and identifying adequate solutions.
Your profile:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce design and development.
- Experience in designing and implementation of complex salesforce solution including integration with various external systems.
- Practical experience with Software as a Service architecture, software design patterns and REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce tech stack which includes and not limited to Apex, Visual Force, Triggers, API’s, Aura framework and Lightning Web components.
- Possess experience orchestrating complex technical change management in a global instance with high volume of transactions and intricate level of customization.
- Experience with building consensus among cross-functional teams influencing decision making.
- Process excellent analytical and presentation skills and should be able to communicate the requirements concisely to both technical and non-technical audience.
- Used to work with development team to perform technical grooming, design reviews, approve technical designs, peer review, develop and maintain applicable coding standards.
- Translate functional business needs into efficient and properly architected solutions with performance and scalability in to consideration.
- Understands the complete software development lifecycle utilizing Jira or similar tool.
- Experience with source control and Continuous integration and development process.
- Salesforce Application Architect and/or Salesforce System Architect certificates preferred.
- Nice to have: Experience in healthcare and exposure to data warehouse, ETL and AI technologies.
